Helvellyn Class is our mixed Year 3 and Year 4 group, named after one of the Lake District’s highest and most iconic mountains. The children are energetic, outdoorsy and thrive on practical, hands-on learning. They throw themselves into sport and physical activity, and they bring that same enthusiasm into the classroom. Year 3 have made a smooth transition into life as junior pupils, quickly rising to the increased expectations and responsibilities. Helvellyn is a class that tackles challenges with energy and growing confidence—much like climbing the mountain itself.
